Promote patient rights, dignity, and respect at every step. What You Bring Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Current Massachusetts RN license. BLS certification required. 1-2 years inpatient medical-surgical experience preferred. Oncology certification preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational skills and customer service. Comfort with computer systems and commitment to confidentiality.
