Responsibilities: As a RN Psych Nurse, you will: Assessment of nursing needs, providing direct care and case management of the patient's care plan. Makes initial assessment and reassessment visits utilizing observation/assessment skills. Informs the physician of the results of the assessment and recommended clinical interventions. Informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the patient's condition and needs.
