Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA state license required) with phlebotomy certificate Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-A) Paramedic Or, graduate of another relevant program with CMO approval; Or, possesses active Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) designation Certification : BLS through American Heart Association is required; American Safety Health Institute, or National Safety Council are preferred.
