This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader to oversee daily operations, foster collaboration across teams, and support consistent, high-quality emergency care across both locations. In this role, you will lead a highly experienced RN team known for delivering exceptional patient care. The team has achieved the highest emergency department patient satisfaction scores in the Greater Charlotte market for five consecutive years. The Nurse Manager serves as the primary on-site leader and decision-maker, with full ownership of day-to-day operations, clinical quality, staffing, and team engagement. This role is an excellent fit for a resourceful, confident leader who brings sound independent judgment and strong operational leadership. The Nurse Manager will oversee multidisciplinary teams across both sites and partner closely with Clinical Supervisors in Radiology, Respiratory, Lab, Security, and Patient Access, as well as frontline staff.
