Job Description Involved in ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective leadership and / or provision of patient care delivery in assigned nursing unit(s) or area(s). Job Description Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide safe, therapeutic care.
