Job Summary Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living and provide essential support to nursing staff while helping ensure high-quality, compassionate, and resident-centered care. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans and facility policies, including bathing, grooming, oral care, hair care, lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring. Coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and accurate documentation of intake. Deliver nutritional supplements and assist residents as needed while documenting intake accurately. Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
