Work Experience Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure. Twelve (12) months of experience in nursing. Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements. Additional three (3) months of experience in the specific modality unless otherwise specified in specific state regulations. Documented training and experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis and maintenance of the dialysis access. Basic training certificates if less than one (1) year in this modality.
