SICU is home to Adult Liver Transplant post-op patients and is a regional referral center for Adult ARDS/ECMO therapy. SICU is additionally home to UMHS Adult Rapid Response/Arrest Team. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor will partner with the Clinical Nursing Director and the Clinical Nurse Specialist in the planning and management of the clinical and administrative operation of the Adult Surgical Intensive Care Unit and the University Hospital Adult Rapid Response Nursing Team (RRT). To provide leadership in the practice of nursing, emphasizing quality patient care, service, education and research.
