Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision and monitoring of the nursing care given to our residents on a daily basis ensuring required documentation is completed. Reviews resident change in condition report daily to ensure necessary follow up occurs including appropriate interventions are implemented and the family has been notified. Complies with and ensures that staff is in compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations. Initiates disciplinary action as necessary for staff members. Participates in annual survey and/or complaint survey processes as directed. Performs additional duties as assigned.
