RN Unit Manager , you will be responsible for: Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit Supervising, supporting, and mentoring LPNs and CNAs on the unit Ensuring residents receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Completing and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations Participating in care plan meetings and collaborating with other departments to support resident needs Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers Addressing staff concerns and helping maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care Benefits: Starts at $ 95,000/year Health Dental Vision Daily Pay 401k with up to 5% matching PNC Banking Employee Perks Programs and more!
