They would response to Code Violets and be responsible for communication, identification of issues to be resolved, and follow up. The position will require a skill set in medical as well as behavioral health nursing, familiarity with de-escalation and communication skills as well as identification of effective problem solving and working within various teams. Hours: 6a-6p Mon-Saturday. What You Will Do Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care. Our Step Down nurses are trained to care for cardiac patients post procedure, such as, post heart cath, post ablation, and post cath with TR Band.
