Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice and hospital policies. Assist with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and emergency interventions. Qualifications Current, active, and unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program. Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Ability to obtain IV Certification within 12 months of hire . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to remain calm and composed during emergency situations. At least 1 year knowledge and experience in an acute care, emergency department, urgent care, or related clinical experience. Preferred Bilingual language skills. AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
