Identify recruiting challenges within each county and develop strategies to improve results. Qualifications Previous home care, healthcare, staffing, or high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of Rockland and Westchester Counties and their surrounding communities is preferred. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented and comfortable working with measurable recruiting targets. Highly organized with strong follow-up and reporting skills. Comfortable conducting community outreach and working independently in the field. Bilingual skills are a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred due to local travel.
