Overview Works as a member of an interdisciplinary care team at a NORC (Naturally Occurring Retirement Community) or Senior Living Retirement Community location and is responsible to coordinate a broad range of health and social services to help support older residents to age in their own homes. Compensation The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $27.8501 - $29.8772 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need.
