Overview The Flexible Staffing Unit offers registered nurses a unique opportunity to gain experience across a variety of specialties and patient care settings. The RN delivers culturally sensitive, patient-centered care in accordance with ANA standards, the New Jersey Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and CentraState’s policies and procedures. Utilizing evidence-based practice and the nursing process, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
