The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing services across the Crisis Respite/Transitional Program (CRTP), Intensive Case Management (ICM), and Critical Time Intervention (CTI). This full-time role supports individuals with dual diagnoses of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and severe mental illness (SMI) needs by integrating skilled nursing care, crisis stabilization, transitional planning, and intensive care coordination.
