Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Personal Care Assistance: Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs. Help residents maintain personal hygiene and overall comfort. Health Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
