Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN): Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care. Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC). Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN): A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia . Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. At least 1 year of LTC experience as a nurse Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist physicians with medical procedures in office. Responsible for phlebotomy, laboratory testing, quality control, instrument troubleshooting, and maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS At least one year of experience as a medical assistant in a clinic or physician’s office with the ability to perform venipunctures preferred. - Valid Florida driver’s license is needed for travel to the clinics. - High school diploma or GED is required and will be required to produce at time of hire.
