This role will integrate nursing, dietary, social recreation, restorative, rehabilitation, and physician services to ensure appropriate assessment and reimbursement. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the Nursing Facility Level of Care (NFLOC) process, including staff training and education initiatives Serve as the primary resource to facility MDS Coordinators within Allure HCS 15 facility homes Conduct orientation sessions to all employees involved in the MDS process Provide ongoing education for employees Maintain current working knowledge of MDS and ensure regulatory change are applied to the program and functional Develop training materials and distribute to facility staff as needed Update the MDS User Manual as necessary Travel to facilities to evaluate facility production and train facility staff Responsible for CMS TPE and ADR audits Must be well-versed in the PDPM payment process for Medicare Part A Create weekly update of current MDS issues being addressed, fix-it procedural guides and other information and issue to the facilities Review facility processing and advise Administrator of abnormal trends Prepare and submit reports on facility operations, as required Attend and/or conduct meetings, as required, to carry out responsibilities Ensure adequate preparation for, and participate in, regulatory compliance surveys Must stay in compliance with all state, federal, and government agencies Demonstrate respect and compassion in every interaction Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity in every interaction Demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interaction with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active nurse license to practice as an RN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities Must have extensive working knowledge in the MDS completion process in the long-term care environment Experience in a multi-site, regional capacity Two to three years of experience as a MDS Coordinator RAC-CT or RNAC preferred Leadership and supervisory experience preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

The Facility breakroom will have free snacks and drinks. The breakroom will have a Flat screen tv, gaming system, ping pong table, and comfortable places to sit. The employees will also receive 1 free meal per day. The Facility will also be having monthly events for the employees. Allure is looking for compassionate and caring Nursing Assistants who are interested in making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families. The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for offering quality of life services. The ideal candidate for this position is a compassionate professional with a strong sense of discretion and preferably has previous experience working in a long-term care facility. We are looking for employees committed to quality care. Examples of Nursing Assistant responsibilities: · Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting and showering. · Responding immediately to calls from residents for assistance and alert nurse of any change in conditions · Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and keep physical strength by encouraging and assisting with tasks. · Replacing linens on beds and assisting residents with keeping rooms clean interaction with residents each day · Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license · CPR certification · Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills · Skilled nursing facility experience preferred · Tuition reimbursement We offer competitive earnings, a supportive working environment and opportunity for advancement .
