Registered Nurse (RN) – Crisis Respite / Intensive Case Management / Critical Time Intervention Location: Brooklyn, NY Position Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity Bond Health Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and severe mental illness (SMI). This role provides comprehensive nursing care across crisis respite, intensive case management, and community transition services. The RN works closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote health, safety, independence, and successful community integration. Schedule • Monday – Friday • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Participate in the intake process by screening individuals for program admission. Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications Current unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of two years of nursing experience. Experience working with individuals with IDD, behavioral health, crisis care, or community health is preferred. Knowledge of OPWDD, OMH, and DOH regulations is preferred. Strong assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The base pay range for this position is $124,549.00 to $161,913 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience.
