Job Description The Registered Nurse in the Sexual Health Center provides direct patient care, coordinates treatment plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes, maintains clinical documentation, adheres to safety protocols, and supports patient education and advocacy. The RN will work partly in the ambulatory fixed site at 200 South Street in Morristown, partly in the Morristown Medical Center Emergency Department, and partly in the community in an Atlantic Mobile Health vehicle and at community-based organizations through Northern New Jersey including, but not limited to, Morris, Sussex, and Passaic Counties. The Sexual Health Department in a small, interdisciplinary team that primarily promotes public health initiatives funded through grants and awards. Public health initiatives include prevention, testing, and treatment for HIV, HCV, and sexually transmitted infections; harm reduction health programming such as preventative care, acute and chronic disease management, and wound care; education and counseling to promote safer sex and use strategies.
