Administer and observe medications and treatments in accordance with the Six Rights of Medication Pass, documenting accurately and reporting concerns promptly, including refusal of medications or missed doses Monitor and record resident conditions, including changes in behavior, appetite, skin, and participation in activities. Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities to support overall well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in resident rooms, community areas, and medication/treatment spaces. Respond promptly to resident call bells and community security systems. Communicate effectively with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff regarding care needs and changes in condition. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, infection control protocols, and confidentiality policies. Other duties as assigned.
