Overview Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care through the application of the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and professional nursing standards. The RN is accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required. Nurses hired on or after June 14, 2017, must obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution within three (3) years of hire or transfer into the position. Employees hired or transferred prior to established organizational BSN requirements will remain subject to the conditions outlined in their offer letter and applicable organizational policies. Experience Less than one (1) year of related nursing experience required. Licensure Current Florida Registered Nurse license, or eligibility for Florida RN licensure with confirmation of eligibility pending issuance upon receipt of Social Security Number.
