Qualifications Education/Training/Experience All Departments Require: One year acute care experience preferred, may consider experience in a sub-acute or skilled nursing environment. Effective communication skills in English. Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or English/Mandarin preferred. Licenses/Certifications All Departments Require: Current California CNA certificate Current BLS certificate Pediatric Sub-acute Requirements: Prior experience working with the pediatric population
