Supervisory experience with knowledge of leadership principles, staff development, and teaching practices required. Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
