As a Registered Nurse on the Cardiac/Respiratory Intermediate Care Unit, you will provide care to patients 18 years and older with moderate to potentially severe physiologic instability requiring frequent nursing assessment and intervention every 1 to 2 hours. About our Cardiac/Respiratory IMC Department at UMMC East Bank: The Cardiac/Respiratory IMC is a 22 bed unit. The nurse patient ratio is a mix of 1:2 and 1:3 on all shifts.
