Document care accurately in the EMR and participate in pre-visit planning for patient encounters. Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff and assist with onboarding. Respond to urgent or emergent situations in accordance with facility guidelines. Stay current on competencies, licensure, and ongoing educational requirements. Who You Are: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current Registered Nurse license in NH (or NLC state/MA) and BLS certification required. 1+ year of professional nursing experience preferred; ambulatory care experience a plus.
