Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems. Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment. Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems. Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments. Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable. High School Diploma or equivalent, required. 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician), required.
