Job Description Outstanding ambulatory opportunity with compensation up to $290,000 plus a $50,000 sign on bonus, and 6+ weeks PTO including CME time. Summit Health is a growing, physician led, multispecialty practice environment that operates multiple ASCs for a wide range of ambulatory surgeries. 8- and 10-hour shifts are available with the opportunity to earn additional income for work on Saturdays. This opportunity provides a fantastic lifestyle with no nights, no call, no holidays, and no requirement for work on weekends. Requirements include: Requires NJ State Medical License and certification and board certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) CDS and DEA required Ability to commute as needed Responsibilities include: Works collaboratively on a team with 15 full-time Anesthesiologists and 5 CRNAs Provides anesthetic care for a wide variety of cases including General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Orthopedics, Joint Replacement, Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, and GI Provides anesthetic care for all types of patients and procedures in collaboration with the medically directing physician and under the standards and guidelines of the Department of Anesthesiology Will administer anesthesia during surgery or procedures and will continuously monitor the patient’s vital signs and reactions and manage accordingly Compensation Range: $200,000 - $265,000 The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position. Hunterdon Care Center is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented MDS Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, collaborate effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team, and ensure accurate, timely completion of all MDS assessments and related documentation. RNs with Nursing home experience are Welcome! Currently hiring for Full Time Employment Key Responsibilities: Schedule and ensure timely completion of MDS assessments using PCC software . Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements Ensure accurate and timely electronic submission of MDS to the state Attend and coordinate weekly utilization review meetings, collaborating with therapy and care team members Participate in the development, updating, and completion of individualized care plans Oversee and support facility staff in the MDS process as needed Monitor and analyze Quality Measure (QM) reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring corrective actio Participate in facility meetings, quality assurance initiatives, and interdisciplinary care conferences as required. Maintain and update appropriate ICD-10 coding for all residents Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) software to manage assessment schedules, documentation, care planning, and submission processes.
