Participates in unit conferences to discuss quality issues and quality improvement strategies. Delegates components of care to non-professional caregivers as appropriate. Follows up on any delegated components of care and assignments given. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Ensure the provision of quality patient care to all hospitalized patients in the most efficient manner in accordance with company policy. Provides direct supervision and coordination of inpatient staff. Responsible for high volume monthly treatments.
