Comply with all state and federal regulations and guidelines related to CNA training and certification. Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CNA or in a related nursing role. Train the Trainer Course Completion Prior teaching or training experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Proficiency in using technology and educational software for teaching purposes.
