Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team. The Admissions RN is responsible for evaluating patients for hospice eligibility, completing admission assessments, coordinating the start of care, and educating patients and families about hospice services.
