MDS Coordinator RN The Sans Souci Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working MDS Coordinator to join our ever-growing team. Responsible for completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy and procedures.
