REGISTERED NURSE (CVC 4, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit: GRADUATE NURSE Internship)

Patients are evaluated and treated during the day by a specialized multidisciplinary team (Physician, APPs, Pharmacist, Nursing). The team ensures administration of therapies, completion of clinical assessments, and coordination of supportive care services. Nursing staff play a critical role in patient education, symptom triage, and ongoing assessment to ensure early identification of complications. At the end of each treatment day, patients return home or to nearby housing, where they are supported through remote monitoring, structured symptom management, and scheduled clinical follow-up.
