Participate in skin rounds and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure excellent resident outcomes. Qualifications Current and active New York Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Previous wound care experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Wound Care Certification is a plus. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
