About the Role The Certified Surgical Technologists is an allied health professional, who is an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients. Responsibilities include: Performing comprehensive nursing assessments in patients' homes. Developing, implementing, and updating individualized plans of care. Providing skilled nursing care, treatments, and patient education. Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Qualifications Required Current, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and support 50–100 pounds, including assisting with patient transfers and moving equipment.
