Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards. Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
