Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating new hire orientation programs, educational in-service/clinical programs, and training for all nursing personnel. Oversees the infection control program as a designated infection preventionist to comply with Federal and State regulations, and to provide training to nursing staff. Assists the Director of Nursing (DON) with management and administrative functions.
