CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare you will: • Provide companionship and social engagement • Assist with light housekeeping and home organization • Prepare simple meals and assist with nutrition support • Provide medication reminders • Assist with errands or transportation when needed • Help maintain a safe home environment • Observe and report changes in client condition • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members • Document care and follow company care plans Caregivers are expected to provide consistent, respectful care that supports client independence and dignity.
