This position is eligible for up to $15,000.00 Sign on Bonus for those that are eligible. ($7,500.00 for those with less than one year of experience) Position Summary: Assist physician with duties necessary to support the needs of the practice working within and to the maximum scope of license Education, License & Cert: LPN ‐ license based on corresponding position location Experience: One‐year experience in healthcare field preferred but not required Essential Functions: 1. Directs patient to exam room and prepares patient for exam or treatment by identifying height, weight, respirations, blood pressure, temperature, additional testing, and records same on chart. Provides 24/7 responsibility for managing human and material resources of nursing unit in conformance policies and procedures of Iroquois Nursing Home.
