Summary GENERAL SUMMARY The Nursing Care Partner works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) and provides direct patient care for assigned patient. Summary GENERAL SUMMARY The Surgical Technician is responsible for assisting the RN and surgeon during operative procedures. Basic knowledge to perform arithmetic calculations when maintaining record of charges normally acquired through completion of high school. Approximately three to six months of related experience, preferred, in order to learn sterile techniques, become familiar with anesthesia equipment and cleaning procedures, and learn inventory techniques.
