Position: Travel - Advanced Practice Provider The Monogram Advanced Practice Provider is a Nurse Practitioner is a critical role that provides access to comprehensive care to underserved patients within their assigned territory. The Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for delivery of personalized compassionate medical care to patients primarily with CKD through ESRD. In the Post Anesthesia Care Unit/Cardiac Accelerated Recovery Unit, patients recover from general anesthesia following cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and electrophysiology procedures. A caregiver in this position works 12-hour day/night shifts| 7:00am—7:30pm and 7:00pm—7:30am| every four weeks, w/Saturday rotation (approx. every eight weeks). A caregiver who excels in this role will: Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
