The University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center ASC is seeking 50% to 100% Pre/Recovery/PACU Staff Nurses to assess patients’ nursing care needs, evaluate and provide Pre-Op and Post-Op care and teaching as appropriate to the patient and caregivers, integrate nursing theory and research into clinical practice. The surgery team performs a wide variety of highly specialized ENT procedures including cochlear implants, acoustic neuroma removals, free flap reconstructions, Inspire implant surgeries, tracheal resections and more. Our oral surgeries include complex reconstructive and corrective surgeries such as alveolar cleft repairs with hip bone grafts, sagittal split osteotomies, and repairs of midface and mandibular fractures and procedures to restore function and improve patients' quality of life.
