Job Description The successful candidate will: Provide primary care service to individuals and families, which will include care for incumbent's own panel of patients, as well as seeing walk-in patients of the practice as needed. Develop further, maintain/manage patient care panel with participation in managed care programs and other direct patient care programs as applicable. On a daily basis, review all laboratory and radiology reports to identify abnormal results for urgent follow-up. Ensure that patients are contracted to arrange additional care and that their primary providers are notified.
