Performs all treatments according to physician's specific order and established policies and procedures. Discusses the need to discontinue or change a medication of treatment with the Nurse Manager/ Charge Nurse. Orders prescribed medications, notifies pharmacy of discontinued medications: and ensures accuracy of medications and dosages when received from pharmacy. Qualifications: Current NY State Registered Nurse License Education: Associate Degree BSN Preferred
