In this role you will provide direct support to patients throughout the inpatient stay for all abdominal transplant patients. This individual will utilize advance practice skills obtained through the completion of a formal provider program. For this position, the APP will be responsible for functions related to the clinical care and management of solid organ transplant patients and others with end-stage organ disease. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).
