Anticipate and deliver the precise instruments and supplies required by the surgeon throughout the procedure, maintaining a fluid and efficient operative rhythm. Support patient care journeys by actively assisting with the safe preparation, transportation, positioning, and draping of patients, prioritizing their comfort and safety at every stage. Guard patient safety by maintaining a highly organized surgical field and rigorously tracking instrument counts to ensure flawless procedural accuracy. Collaborate closely with the surgical team by assisting surgeons with hemostasis, directly contributing to optimal clinical outcomes during critical moments. HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital is seeking an RN to work specifically in our Interventional Radiology (IR) department. Ideal candidates are patient focused mission driven individuals providing high-quality and specialized nursing care to patients undergoing minimally invasive procedures guided by imaging technologies.
