Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families. Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
