Coordinating admissions, transfers, discharges, and continuity of care. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards. Reviewing clinical documentation, physician orders, medication administration, and treatment records for accuracy and compliance. Participating in care planning, quality assurance initiatives, MDS processes, and regulatory surveys. Conducting daily rounds to ensure exceptional resident care and customer service. Coaching, developing, and evaluating nursing staff while promoting accountability and teamwork. Assisting with staffing, scheduling, employee education, and orientation.
