This position is for our Minerva Park Dialysis in Columbus, Ohio Some details about this position: Clinic Operational Hours: M/W/F 4:45a - 7:00p, T/Th/S 6:30a - 6:00p PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday Paid training: DaVita offers all new dialysis teammates a robust, paid training program to help you learn the right dialysis skills. The training is a mix of classroom and hands on training. Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic Some floating to other facilities within the region during and after your training You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays What you can expect: Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting.
